Replace X With Y and Finally Lose Weight

If you are trying to lose weight and have failed in the past, then don't get discouraged. Many of my clients that have come to me have had the same problem and there are many reasons for this. I like to blame a lot of it on the misinformation out there because of the internet and television, especially when it comes to what you have to eat to lose weight.

There are tons and tons of diets out there promising you the entire world. A lot of them however are complete garbage because they are not reliable and not based on years and years of actual research. Well, that's why I went and got my degree in exercise science so I can discern between the b.s.

If you replace just two macro-nutrients with each other, your fat loss efforts will go through the roof. Reason being because a calorie is not a calorie and they act differently on your body because of their chemical makeup.

Here it is.

Is you replace your carbohydrate intake, with your fat intake, you will lose weight. What do I mean by this? Simple.

By taking carbs out of the picture and replace those calories with healthy fats such as fish oil, olive oil, nuts, seeds, and organic eggs, you will automatically begin to start losing weight. The reason for this is because when the body is deprived of carbohydrates, it has to start using its fat stores as energy in order to fuel homeostasis.

And also healthy fats have been found to reduce inflammation and aid in the decrease of body fat. So if you are struggling to lose weight, switch these 2 macro-nutrients around and see what happens. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Although these 2 tips are great to help boost fat loss, there are a lot more where this came from.
