Top Secret Fat Loss Tactics

There are many reasons why people don't lose weight in our society or that they fail to lose weight by starting, stopping and repeating the process over again. I can't blame them because there is a lot of mis-information out there regarding weight loss, nutrition, and exercise. What I am going to do is divulge some information that is going to fast track you to your fat loss efforts.

Tactic 1: Stop jogging or walking. It is better to perform intervals on the cardio equipment or outside because this is going to burn more calories for you in the long run. What it's also going to do is keep your metabolism revved up for a longer period of time after you exercise as opposed to regular old jogging, which doesn't do both of these things.

Tactic 2: Consume more protein. By consuming more protein in your diet, you are essentially staving off your body from dipping into its own protein stores to break down and use for homeostasis. Also, protein is 30% more thermogenic than carbs or fats. What this means is that the body has to burn more energy in the form of calories to break down protein as compared to carbohydrates or fats.

Tactic 3: Cut out the carbs. When you have a lot of body fat to lose, you don't need the excess carbs in your system. The less carbs you consume, the more your body has to use its fat stores for energy. Plain and simple.
